Weight cutting carries real health risks, including dehydration and electrolyte imbalance. You are solely responsible for any health decisions you make, including whether and how to follow any cut plan generated or tracked through the App. Always consult a medical professional before undertaking an extreme weight cut.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features of CombatCut require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing are described at the point of purchase. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and managed through those platforms, and their respective terms apply to those transactions.

Coach & Team Features

If you use team or coaching features, you may share data with, or have access to data from, other users you connect with. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any data you input regarding other individuals.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CombatCut and its operators are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the App, including outcomes related to weight cutting practices you choose to follow based on information in the App.

Changes to the App or Terms

We may update these Terms or modify the App from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.
